Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Redding Publishing LLC.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges to be resent.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or if you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at reddingpublishing@gmail.com. We will work with you to help resolve the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country or local authorities.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient when required. In some countries, payment of these fees may be required before the package is released for delivery.

Redding Publishing LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for any additional fees assessed by customs authorities.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, duties, or taxes, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
