At Redding Publishing, we take great pride in creating high-quality educational resources for children and families. Every product is carefully designed, reviewed, and inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our standards.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for purchases that have been delivered as ordered.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at reddingpublishing@gmail.com. We may request photos of the item and packaging to help us evaluate the issue and to allow ourselves the best chance to resolve the concern. 

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
